Subprocessors
Last updated 4 August 2026
These are the services that process report content on our behalf. Each is contractually required not to use submitted content for model training, and provider-side retention is disabled or kept inside the one-hour session window.
Anthropic (Claude)
Where configured, Anthropic’s Claude API is used for two things: reading a scanned or photographed report, and writing explanations for markers we have not written reviewed content for. Reading a scan sends the page image; writing an explanation sends only test names, results, units and ranges, with identifiers removed first.
This entry appears because the deployment has confirmed the training opt-out, zero data retention, and a signed data-processing agreement. Without all four confirmations the service is refused at startup and the corresponding features are unavailable rather than running unconfirmed.
Hosting
Our hosting provider runs the application and its temporary storage. It holds ordinary connection logs, which contain no report content.
