Critical results

Laboratories flag some results as critical, meaning they need attention straight away. Where your report carries such a flag, or a value sits beyond widely used critical limits, the explanation opens with a notice telling you to contact a healthcare professional now.

That notice is always shown in full, is included in every download, and is never behind a payment.

The check step matters

Values are read from your report automatically, and that step makes mistakes. You are asked to confirm every value against your own copy before anything is explained. Rows the system was unsure about are marked and must be confirmed one at a time.
