Why your report is not saved
Your report is used to pull out the values, and then it is deleted. The values you confirm and the explanation built from them are deleted when the session ends, at most an hour after it started.
This is a design decision rather than a limitation. A service that stores laboratory reports has to defend them indefinitely, against attackers, against its own staff, against future changes of ownership, and against whatever legal process arrives. A service that stores nothing has a much smaller problem.
It also means our answer to any request for your data — from anyone — is that there is nothing to hand over. That is a stronger protection than any policy we could write.
The practical consequence: download what you want before you leave the page. Print or save as PDF for something readable, or the spreadsheet export if you want the numbers.
