Why previous results cannot be recovered

There is no copy to recover. We do not keep a backup of your report, your confirmed values or your explanation, and there is no account they could be attached to.

This is worth being precise about, because plenty of services say results are deleted while retaining backups, logs or analytics that contain the same information. Here the storage has no versioning and no backups, the logs are restricted to counts and status codes with no report content, and analytics does not run on the analysis pages at all.

It also means nobody can recover them on your behalf — not our support, not a court order, not a future owner of the company. That is the point of the design, and it is the reason the answer to please can you retrieve my results is always no.
